Individual Sessions

A space for wherever you are on the path

Sometimes you don’t need a programme. You need a conversation.

Perhaps there’s a specific obstacle you’re working through. A concept or teaching you want to explore more deeply. An experience you’re trying to make sense of. A practice you want to deepen, or a question that keeps returning without resolution.

Individual sessions are open, needs-led, and entirely guided by what you bring. They can be educational, developmental, or both — because in this work, the two are rarely separate. Wisdom traditions have long understood that transformation requires both wings of the bird: intellectual understanding and lived, felt experience. Head knowledge and heart knowledge. One without the other takes us only so far.

I have long wished there was a space that honoured both — where you could arrive with a conceptual question about Jung or the nature of consciousness, or with something more personal and immediate, and receive the same quality of engaged, informed attention. That is what these sessions are designed to be.

What a session might include

  • Exploring a concept, tradition, or thinker — for example, Carl Jung, positive psychology, the Seth material, Neville Goddard, HeartMath, David Hawkins, Vedic or Taoist philosophy, consciousness studies — and how to apply their insights practically

  • Deep dives into specific areas of theory or practice

  • Making sense of experiences on the spiritual or contemplative path

  • Identifying and working through obstacles to growth, flourishing, or practice

  • Integrating understanding — bridging the gap between what you know intellectually and what you have yet to fully inhabit

How it works

Sessions are online and client-led. You bring what is alive for you — a question, a difficulty, an area of curiosity — and we follow it together with rigour and care. There is no fixed structure. The session goes where it needs to go.

Investment

60 minutes — £120

90 minutes — £150

Individual sessions do not include a discovery call, as no long-term commitment is involved. If, after a session, you feel drawn to the deeper work of a programme, we can discuss that together.
